Support workers are required to help our participants with daily activities such as community access, personal care, or even just helping them around the house with chores.

• Prior job experience in the field.
• Driven, enthusiastic team player
• Flexible and 
• Encourages participants to exercise their rights to choice and control.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Mandatory requirements

• Current Driver’s License - essential
• Reliable Vehicle - essential
• Certificate III or IV in Aged Care, Disability or Individual Support  or other relevant qualification
• NDIS clearance
• Working with Children Check or willing to obtain 
• Current First Aid and CPR or willing to obtain
